About these terms
School2Startup is a youth innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem. These terms apply to your use of this website and the content, listings and tools published on it. By browsing the site you accept them.
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@school2startup.co.in.
Using the website
You are welcome to browse, share and reference our public pages. Please do not:
- attempt to access restricted or administrative areas;
- scrape or automate requests at a scale that degrades the service;
- misuse our forms or the AI assistant, including submitting false information;
- upload or transmit harmful, unlawful or abusive content;
- impersonate School2Startup, its team or its partners.
Eligibility
Anyone may read this website. Eligibility to take part in a specific community, program, competition, event or internship is set out in that opportunity's own listing or registration form, and may depend on factors such as age, school or college year, or location.
If you are under 18, please take part with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and only submit information a parent or guardian is comfortable with.
Programs, competitions and events
Program pages describe activities run by School2Startup or jointly with partners. Details such as dates, eligibility, formats, prizes and rewards can change. Where an activity is run by an organiser or partner, that organiser's published rules at the time of registration govern participation.
External platforms
Many registrations and applications happen on external platforms and forms. Those platforms have their own terms, privacy policies, eligibility criteria and deadlines, and your use of them is a separate relationship between you and that provider.
User submissions
When you submit an idea, project, application or other material to a School2Startup activity, you confirm it is yours to submit and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You keep ownership of what you create. We may reference participation and publicly shared work in recaps and highlights unless you ask us not to.
Intellectual property
The School2Startup name, logo, written content, design and page layouts are ours unless stated otherwise. Partner names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify collaborations.
Community conduct
Our communities are largely made up of students, many of them under 18. Harassment, discrimination, spam, solicitation and sharing of other members' personal information are not allowed. We may remove access to a community or activity where these expectations are not met.
AI assistant
S2S X is an automated assistant and can be wrong or incomplete. Nothing it says is an official decision, offer, selection outcome or advice. Use of the assistant is subject to the S2S X AI Terms, and it is rate-limited per visitor.
Third-party services and links
We link to partner websites, registration platforms and other external services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, decisions or data practices.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. Content may be added, changed or removed at any time.
Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, School2Startup is not liable for outcomes of participating in programs, for decisions you take based on site content, or for the availability or conduct of third-party services we link to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our programs and platform evolve. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
School2Startup operates from India, and these terms are governed by Indian law. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable Indian law.
Contact
For questions about these terms, a program listing, a correction, or anything else on this website, write to hello@school2startup.co.in. Where a program is run by a partner or on an external platform, that organiser is the right first point of contact for questions about their process.
