How our AI assistant works, what it can and cannot do, and how your messages travel.

  1. What S2S X is

    S2S X is an AI assistant built into this website. It answers questions about School2Startup — our programs, communities, partners and published pages — using information we publish. It is software, not a member of the School2Startup team.

  2. It can be wrong

    AI answers can be incomplete, outdated or simply incorrect. S2S X is not an official decision-maker: nothing it says is a commitment, selection decision, offer, eligibility ruling or advice.

    For anything that matters — deadlines, eligibility, partnerships, payments, results — confirm through official School2Startup channels at hello@school2startup.co.in.

  3. What not to share

    Never type any of the following into S2S X:

    • passwords or login codes;
    • Aadhaar numbers;
    • PAN numbers;
    • payment or bank card information;
    • any other government ID number;
    • private school or examination records;
    • health or other sensitive personal information.

    S2S X does not need any of this to answer your questions, and it is not the right place to submit them.

    If you are under 18, use S2S X with your parent or guardian's awareness, and keep personal details out of the chat.

  4. How your messages are handled

    When you send a message, that message and the recent conversation are sent to our server and forwarded to the AI model provider that generates the reply. Your question therefore leaves this website and is processed by that provider.

    School2Startup does not store S2S X conversation transcripts in its own application database. The conversation you see in the panel is kept in your browser only, and clearing it removes it from your device.

    We cannot make claims about logging or retention inside the AI provider's or hosting provider's own infrastructure, because that is outside our control and has not been independently verified by us. Treat anything you type as leaving your device.

  5. Fair use and rate limits

    S2S X is rate-limited per visitor and has an overall daily usage ceiling. Automated querying, prompt-injection attempts, and attempts to use the assistant to extract non-public information are not permitted, and access may be restricted.

  6. Changes to the assistant

    S2S X is evolving. Its capabilities, underlying model and availability may change, and it may be paused at any time. These terms sit alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
